It should be common sense that messing with wild animals isn’t a good idea. Still, some people like to push their luck.

One teenager pushed his so far that he literally got himself knocked out. While on vacation with his friends in Kerala, India, he came across an elephant and thought it would be fun to recreate a scene from an Indian movie by climbing up the pachyderm’s trunk — which the elephant definitely didn’t appreciate.

The boy is believed to have been taken to the hospital after the encounter. Though he made a dumb choice, we sincerely hope he recovers after that fall.
