In 2014, Annie Jacobs and her animal family decided to ring in the new year with the addition of Butler the cat.
After it became quite obvious that baby Butler was too young to be away from his mother, the lovable cat quickly grew attached to Jacob’s dog, Paddington, and the two have been inseparable ever since.
In the never-ending battle of cats vs. dogs, these two are just happy to find a friend in each other.
Paddington and Butler can be usually be found snuggling or getting into lots of trouble!
As the conductor of their friendship, Paddington tries not to lead Butler off the tracks.
They start each day scheming about what’s in store.
These two share just about everything, including their food bowls. Now that’s love.
C is for cookie (and cat)!
Slobbery kisses truly are the best.
There’s always enough time in the day for a quick game ofdress-up!
Butler and Paddington are always ready to smile for the camera…
In early 2017, Paddington was diagnosed with lymphoma and had to begin undergoing chemo treatments.
When he’s out for treatment, Butler anxiously awaits his return.
Now if that’s not brotherly love, I don’t know what is.
