The FBI Just Released These Heartbreaking 9/11 Images Of The Pentagon

It’s hard to believe that the September 11 attacks happened over 15 years ago, because for many, the tragedy is still fresh in their minds.

Thousands were killed as a result of the attacks on the World Trade Center, and nearly 200 people were killed when American Airlines Flight 77 was hijacked by terrorists and flown into the Pentagon.

Now the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released never-before-seen photos taken of the devastating aftermath in the attack on the Pentagon, including debris from the aircraft, the destruction to the building, and first responders on the scene.Here are a few harrowing moments captured that day.
